Andrija Jonić was born in 1983 in Belgrade. He published the novel Refren (Laguna), which won a large audience in a short time, as well as the “Pegasus” award for the novel of the year of the Literary Youth of Serbia at the 58th International Book Fair in Belgrade.
He is the author of an online collection of short stories and texts The Diary Visible to the Strange. In just two years and only a few published texts, this collection has become the most read literary work in the online form, followed by the short story Go wake the other children, which has experienced an unprecedented response from readers in the former Yugoslavia.
His short stories have been published in several different collections, as well as on numerous online portals across the country and the region.
